Last updated: May 26, 2026. These terms summarize billing, subscriptions, Crum Coins, cancellation, and access policies for Restaurant OS.
Response AI, Social AI, and Converse AI are billed as separate recurring subscriptions unless purchased as a bundle. Razorpay manages recurring payment authorization and invoices. Access starts only after a successful signed Razorpay payment or subscription webhook is processed.
Crum Coins are a shared wallet for metered Social AI and Converse AI actions such as AI post generation, scheduling, publishing, AI reply assistance, workflow updates, and campaign execution. The current policy is no expiry. Coins are not transferable and may be reversed when an action fails after a debit.
Displayed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless the checkout or invoice says otherwise. GST, payment gateway charges, and statutory invoice details are handled through Razorpay and may vary based on billing profile and jurisdiction.
Subscription cancellations stop future renewals after the current paid period unless Razorpay or support confirms a different effective date. Refunds are reviewed case by case. Full refunds may remove access for the refunded module; partial refunds are recorded without automatically removing access.
If a subscription expires, is cancelled, paused, or refunded, module access can be locked immediately or moved to read-only state. Backend entitlement checks are authoritative; frontend labels are informational only.
