AI and Messaging Data
Review text, post prompts, customer conversation context, templates, and workflow settings may be processed to generate AI replies, posts, campaigns, analytics, and automation output.
Audit and Security Logs
Admin changes, manual wallet adjustments, entitlement recomputes, webhook events, and failed payment/reversal records are retained for operational audit, fraud prevention, and support.
Payment Processor
Card, UPI, mandate, invoice, GST, and payment authentication data is handled by Razorpay. We store provider identifiers and payment status, not raw card credentials.
Retention and Support
Billing and audit data is retained as needed for tax, legal, dispute, and product integrity requirements. Contact support to request account review, export, or deletion where legally permitted.
